Things to bring to your appointment:

Identification:
Proper identification is required for any notary service requiring verification of signature. 

My primary function as a Notary Public is to examine identification to assure that you are the person listed on the document, and to act as an impartial witness when you sign your document. 

ID must contain a photo, physical description, signature, serial number, and must be current or issued within 5 years.

*Drivers License or ID card (US, Mexico or Canada)

*State ID card

* US Passport

*Consular card

*City, State or Federal government issued ID card

*US Military ID card

Documents:

Please wait until your appointment to sign your document. Make sure your document is filled out in blue or black ink. As a Notary Public in the State of Florida,  incomplete documents cannot be notarized.  
*All General Notary requests must be met at a public location for our safety.  Mortgage Documents can be done at your home or a location of your choosing.
