Documents: Please wait until your appointment to sign your documents for notarization. Ensure that your document is completed using blue or black ink. As a Notary Public in the State of Florida, I cannot notarize incomplete documents. All general notary requests must be completed at a public location for our safety. Mortgage documents can be processed at your home or any location of your choosing.
